Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

• Domestic shipping is provided via USPS with tracking included.

• Currently, we ship only within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly work with you to resolve the matter.

Care Instructions

• Many of my designs feature delicate components, so please handle with care.

• Store jewelry in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.

• Avoid exposing pieces to water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals to maintain their longevity.

• Over time, some metals may naturally oxidize and develop a patina. A polishing pad is included with every order to help restore your jewelry’s shine, should you prefer its original finish.

• Metals used in my jewelry are clearly described in each product listing. If you have metal sensitivities, feel free to message me before purchasing to ensure compatibility.
